Terms of Service

By creating a UniHub account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the app.

• Available to students and lecturers at a participating university (currently Adeleke University)
• Every account is reviewed by an administrator before it can do anything
• You're responsible for your password and anything that happens under your account
• We may suspend or freeze an account that violates these terms or is under review

• Academics — course and attendance tracking, reminders
• Campus news — read, comment, and react to posts from your university

Student accounts are reviewed against a submitted ID photo and selfie before approval. Lecturer accounts go through the same pending-approval review. Providing false identification is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account rejection.

You agree not to harass or threaten anyone, submit false documents, or misuse attendance or course data. If something goes wrong, reach out via the chat button or email — an administrator reviews it before any account is actioned.

UniHub provides tools (verification, dispute review) to make the platform safer, but doesn't guarantee the conduct of any user beyond that. UniHub is provided as-is. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
